As a sales controller in the Sales Operation team in Stockholm you will help and support our Sales and account managers with customer agreements, licences codes and CRM system issues among other things. You will be part of a team whose main focus is to make sure that the sales operation process including the corporate compliance program and sales methodology is followed. You will assist in further develop and improve current processes and procedures, customize the CRM system in accordance with the processes, update the Sales compensation plans and calculate sales commission.
Sales Operation works closely with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Services and Legal to coordinate activities around internal processes and our various systems, make sure integrations between the different systems works effectively and keep close control of Itiviti’s key metrics Net Sales and Annualized Contract Value (ACV). Sales Operation is considered to be vital contributor to business operations and accounting functions.
The challenge is to achieve the goals at the same time adopt to new requirements in an agile way in a global organization. The different stakeholders are located in EMEA, APAC and Americas and you will be expected to be able to work closely with other teams in the regions in this role.
